"I have a suspicion that the definition of 'crazy' in show business is a woman who keeps talking even after no one wants to f**k her anymore."
— Tina Fey, writing in The New Yorker. Yes, The New Yorker! My dream woman writes for The New Yorker! Which is kind of why she's my dream woman, isn't it? But seriously, this is so true. Just ask Helen Mirren. [The New Yorker via GQ.tumblr.com]

Just one day away from the year's biggest night in music, the stars gathered together at Soho House in West Hollywood, California on Saturday afternoon (February 12).
Making for quite the swanky affair, Jay-Z and Will Smith teamed up to lead the way as they posed alongside one another before inviting fellow attendee Paz Vega into the fray at the Gucci and RocNation Pre-GRAMMY Brunch.
Adding their beauty to the west coast midday fete were the always-fabulous Rihanna, "10,000 B.C." babe Camilla Belle, as well as "Grey's Anatomy" actress Ellen Pompeo - who was on the arm of her record producer hubby Chris Ivery.
Rounding out the Gucci And RocNation backed bash were Jay-Z's sister-in=law singer, Solange Knowles, as well as actors Ryan Phillippe and Adrien Brody, singer Cassie and "Kiss From a Rose" hitmaker Seal.

Before now little has been revealed about the video for Lady Gaga's "Born This Way," but details about the clip finally are spilling out. It was directed by longtime Gaga collaborator Jonas Åkerlund, who also just wrapped up work on Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me" video.
A source tells Hollywoodlife.com that the video is "[Gaga's] love letter to the homosexual community," adding that the pop singer tackles the repealed "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy she was so vocal about in 2010. Gaga reportedly spent this first week of February editing the video in a New York City hotel. "The team took over two suites in the Greenwich Hotel for editing, and the singer only works at night, from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., because she spends all day rehearsing for the Grammys," the source says.
The clip reportedly took more than four days to shoot in New York, Gaga's hometown. "She approaches herself as Gaga in the gender-bending video and there are references to Jo Calderone, the male model [character] she portrayed in the September issue of Vogue Hommes Japan," the source adds.
She reportedly wears Thierry Mugler designs in the clip. Gaga, of course, has close ties to the designer — her stylist, Nicola Formichetti, is the creative director for the iconic brand, and the singer recently debuted a remixed track from her upcoming album, Born This Way, at a Mugler runway show in Paris.
Gaga is set to debut "Born This Way" two days earlier than expected, on Friday, before performing the song at the Grammy Awards this Sunday. "Can't wait any longer, single coming Friday," Gaga tweeted on Monday afternoon.
If details about the video are to be believed, it would certainly fit in with the theme of the song, which focuses on equality for all. On the chorus, she sings, "I'm beautiful in my way/ 'Cause God makes no mistakes/ I'm on the right track, baby/ I was born this way/ Don't hide yourself in regret/ Just love yourself and you're set/ I'm on the right track baby/ I was born this way."
